Helloween (七鍵守護神 (ハーロ・イーン) , Hāro īn) is a High Ancient Magic spell that creates a powerful blast.

Overview

This spell opens the seven gates of hell, causing magical energy to flow and concentrate into the body of the caster which they can expel from the palm of their hands. This turns the caster into a magical particle accelerator. Although the blast only lasts a few seconds, the energy output is said to reach 10 megavolts, and is easily powerful enough to destroy much of a small city, and fry entire armies, killing hundreds of thousands. The caster needs to support themselves with a powerful force fields to protect against the massive kick this spell has. The spell's power is dependent on the moon's phases, and can even influence them.

Arshes Nei was unable to cast the Helloween spell outside of a full moon. However, upon obtaining his Majin state, this weakness seems to have been averted by Dark Schneider.

Incantation

"Kiske, Hansen... Grosskop, Sielck. Wisemen of Hades, all... Hold fast the seven keys... Swing wide the gate of Hell! Helloween!"

History

Dark Schneider first used an incomplete version of this spell to drive away Arshes Nei during her first attack on Metallicana. During her second attack on Metallicana, Arshes Nei and Dark Schneider would use the Helloween spell on each other. Only a vision of Lucien Renlen, pointing out Nei's suffering under the Accused spell, would stop the clash.

Later, during Abigail's attack on Metallicana, Dark Schneider and Nei would use the Helloween spell together, in an attempt to destroy Composite Demon King Omega Abigail The First. However, Demon King Abidail's anti-magic talismans would negate the effects of the spell.

After awakening from his two year sleep, and beginning to work with the Samurai, D.S. uses the Helloween spell to wipe out a large army of Kall-Su's. He would eventually use the spell against Kall-Su himself when they battled on King Crimson Glory.
