Satan is a high-ranking demon who can be considered the foremost antagonist of Bastard!! because of the role he plays prior to the events of the story. Previously, he was an angel known as Satanël, ranked second among the Seraphs, who rebelled against God and was banished from Heaven alongside his elder brother, Lucifer. In the current timeline, Satan plans to enact "Negative Genesis", which involves the destruction of the universe being remade in the likeness of demons.
Appearance[]
Satanël is a very tall angel with a muscular physique. He has a medium or dark complexation, bright eyes, and long braided blonde hair that descends to his shins. Like his brother, Satanël is considered immeasurably beautiful and possesses twelve angelic wings, which is twice the amount of the other Seraphs. He bears a scar over his left eyelid because he tore his eye out to cleanse Uriel of his disease.
In his fallen state, Satan has lost his wings and his entire body is concealed by various pieces of dark leather clothing, including a pair of bladed pauldrons, a mask with spikes protruding from it, and a white turban. Without the mask, Satan [seemingly] retains most of his angelic facial features, but has noticeable cracks or scars that were previously not there. Although Satan normally stands at 230 cm, he can manipulate his size to the point where he is dozens, if not more, meters in height.
Personality[]
Satanël was considered a majestic and dignified angel among his brethren who led the Seraph alongside Lucifer. He loved his younger siblings and even cured Uriel's disease by sacrificing his own eye. However, his benevolence did not extend to humans. While Lucifer betrayed God in order to preserve humanity, Satanël betrayed God because he held contempt for humanity's role as God's chosen people. After Satanël was cast out of Heaven and became the demon Satan, he fell into depravity and was feared by all angels.
When Satan spoke to Dark Schneider for the first time in the abyss, he possessed an ominous and dark aura. Upon their encounter in Hell, Satan showed a side of himself that was unhinged and maniacal, where he posed and shouted as if he were a parody of a melodramatic super villain, which Dark Schneider could not even take seriously, despite his own eccentric temperament. At other times, Satan was cold and calculating. as he predicted his protégé Uriel would fall from grace. Additionally. Satan had been scheming "Negative Genesis" with his subordinates for some unknown amount of millennia.
Satan cares about Uriel, going so far as to making him fall so Uriel could join him in his new universe.[1]
History[]
Satanël is the second unborn seraphim of God, he bears the title of "The Great Prince Seraph".
At one time, Satan was known as Satanël and was a powerful and highly revered benevolent angel. Satanël advised God in the area of faith, he was considered the attorney general of the Divine court, because he defended the true faith of God. "Satanël was God's personal judge for paradise". Satanël admired his older brother Lucifer seated at the right hand of God. Then something happened and Satanël fell, becoming the devil king Satan.
After his fall, he became an enemy of God, becoming acquainted with the darkness and evil in all its manifestations. As the 2nd Sovereign of Hell, just after "The Great Emperor of Hell" Lucifer. Satan commands all the legions of hell, including 2,665,866,746,664 demonic creatures, among which there are four Great Kings, of which he is a member, the 8 Great Princes, 72 princes, 1,111 Dark Warlords, 7,405,926 evil vassals, 44,635,566 evil gods and numerous infernal entities of lower rank.
Augoeides[]
The Dark Body is the true form of a fallen angel, its "flesh" of a higher dimension, to materialize and maintain which in the real world requires an enormous amount of organic energy. The mass and the destructive capacities of the Augoeides are directly proportional to the spiritualistic powers of the demon king (the larger the Body of Darkness, the greater its power). The Ancient Serpent - the body of Satan, which he previously owned. It looks like a monstrous snake with several arms, more than 12 kilometers long, capable of reaching the stratosphere, standing on its own tail, or like a huge red dragon with seven heads and ten horns.

Satan was an extremely powerful being. His power was so great he crawled his way out of a black hole, a physically impossible feat, he also created a mini universe in his hand, and immediately afterwards he defeated an entire armada of Angels, including the Seraph Uriel.
